What also happened was the incident was brought to the attention to people who believe he is Muslim and they took, yet another, opportunity to turn this into something is was not. Just as they did with the 20,000 being at the DNC when it was a separate event, just as they did when they said there will be no Catholic prayer at the DNC when there will be, just as they did when they edited a tape of his grandmother from Kenya making it seems she says he was born there when she did not. I could go on but I think you get the point.

i don't say Catholic prayers either - I grew up in a Church that questions whether Catholics are Christians or Devil-worshipers .

Ok. I've listened to the entire speech, and what in it did he say that was wrong? He spoke honestly and truthful. You conservatives have pledge to turn away from anything this President has to say or do, I try my best to look at this as right and honestly as possible, I truly want to believe that it is the Presidents policy's that most conservatives disagree with, but when I come across and ad like we are debating on at this moment and see how conservative manipulated this video to provoke anger and mistrusted of this President, I feel it is more than just policies that you conservatives hate.. Sure GITMO is still open, a promise that Obama made to close it. Because it has not been closed, is that reason to mistrust this President? After all, republicans didn't want GITMO closed in the first place. Friend, there are facts and when the facts are put in front of some of you, you still cannot see. What you cannot see is, if he gets re-elected, it's not just the conservatives who will have it bad.
Kids (yours or others you know) will not stand a chance at a safe and capitalistic life. If you have parents/grandparents/siblings or anyone else you care about, they are all in limbo.
People in the US shouldn't have to worry and live in fear because of the government. That is why we have a great country with everyone who came here from other countries-many fleeing their countries because of their government.
This is what I'm talking about. Our government-many on both sides are taking advantage over the people who are paying their big, fat salaries.
