Rate FOX NEWS.

Fox is the only station that typically presents both sides of an argument, and I believe it is for this reason that its popularity and ratings are so high. O'Rielly (commentary/opinion) will generally air out both sides of an issue and ask the viewer to come to their own conclusion.

Now, if some radical guest on the show start spewing nonsense and is challenged with rational thought, backed with facts…….….facts…… that’s that inconvenient little thing that keeps getting in the way of the Looney train……they will be shut off until they manage to put their brain back in gear. But in the end; you the viewer will be left to decide on your own where the BS ends and truth begins.

The viewer decides!.... What a great concept!

And yet, I can see where it may lead to problems, as it does require the activation of some brain cells. To some of you out there, this may be a whole new experience and just might cause some mild discomfort, let me say: “I feel your pain”. (Not really, but my saying so makes you feel better, right?)

Those that prefer their “news” presorted, pre-filtered, and predetermined, you still have ABC/NBC/CBS/CNN/PBS….. they are the fast-food chains of the news industry. Don’t forget that the Colbert Report can be found on the comedy channel, where simplistic logic and twisted humor come together to entertain the easily pliable mind.

To all the college kids out there thinking they’re so well informed and smart…there’s a reason you’re in college.
Hint…it’s the same reason you went to grade school.

To most of the other kids out there out of high school and not in college….there’s a reason for that too! And your opinion is as respected as that cute paper hat & name tag you wear at work
