OK let me get this straight, if an illegal alien is in the country he should be able to get food stamps and government assistance. If his kid is born here the kid should get full citizenship. If he kills someone while here, however, he shouldn't be subject to our laws?

This article leaves out a significant point. Yes Obama (or the DOJ) should step in, but not because of the Constitution.

The US often acts on the behalf of Americans who get arrested overseas. (Sometimes they even send Bill Clinton to fetch them.) We have reciprosity agreements with many countries on this policy. This dispicable pig of a man wasn't afforded the opportunity to get help from his country.

That's the issue. Not what he's done or whether he deserves to die. Mexico is probably glad to be rid of him, but I haven't looked for any Mexican articles about him. If Mexico is raising hell about disparity of justice that would be a trigger for the feds to get involved.

Mexican not American-Mexican, get it right people. We respected them to be here, not to do things against our wishes, look at what is happening now. You see, they cannot be treated special, if Obama is going to do this he has to treat everyone specially, now that would be a mess.
You see, if he was going to do this for this man, he should have said something in the Casey Anthony trial, not that I agree that she is innocent, I think she isn't innocent but that is a different matter. I don't like how Obama would help out a Mexican before an American, who else thinks that is wrong?

Thats because they're scared. I know thats the point but in the long run they spend more time suffering with life in prison than they do wit the death penalty. Death penalty they'll spend 1-2 yrs tops sufferin from fear, but life in prison they spend much more time suffering depending on their age and health.

Hey this is my opinion. I mean if you get life in prison you have to live with what you did until you die. That's just what I think. A lot of people fear death but when you think about it you have to live with yourself when you get life in prison.

Life in Prison means 10 years before parole, so they can live with the hope that they'll soon get out and be able to return to their evil ways-the death penalty throws a wet blanket on that dream. 10 years is nothing, it only seems like a long time when you're a kid. Criminal psychopaths never are burdened with thinking remorsefully about their actions. They just bide their time, maintaining perfect behavior while serving their sentences and are released at the earliest possible opportunity, because they are almost good at what they do. The ones who are really good don't get caught. In the criminals mind they are good people and just misunderstood and if they knew the reasons, people would see that their actions that lead to their imprisonment are wholly justified, and they in fact are the victim, not the person or people they hurt. They think just like Arab "Palestinian"
activists, because they are the same type of people. Criminal psychopaths.
