Hahaa...True! I was amazed at how ass kicking it is! But it really does have me more limber (that's the bitch of getting older) and I'm well focused on my breathing and core.

Yoga strengthens the muscles by around 4%. I'm intermediate and do it for breathing and keeping supple.

    Healthiest Habit is Eating Well

You respect your body too much to fill it with crap. You believe in eating the best quality food you can afford.

That's not to say you never give into a craving, but you try your best to eat well rounded meals.

Because you eat so well, you have a natural glow about you. You look great.

People ask you what your health secret is, and they're always surprised to know it's something so simple.
    -------
Ironically, eating TOO well is probably my UNhealthiest habit!

Nuhh, I'm rolling my Zig-Zag cigarettes, it's cheaper after NObma taxes, Damn, Marlboro cost $6 a pack. And beer? Natural Ice, it's the strongest I could find here, 5.9%, lucky me, it's also the cheapest.

My brother smokes the Marlboro Lights. In Britain a packet of ten is £4.00 and I would double it for a packet of 20 so its £8.00! The government puts up tax on tobacco and alcohol because they know they can get away with it. I drink quite a lot of Sauvignon Blank and Chardonnay. I'm not fussy I even indulge in everything from Aftershocks to Vodka and Redbull! I like Stella or Corona but the Corona here is very expensive. Oh why o' why are the things we enjoy bad for us and expensive lol?!?!?

Its pricey over here. I think the best place for alcohol and tobacco is Spain or even maybe France.

Even though its expensive people will still buy.

Sometimes if I know of somebody that goes to France its allowed for them to bring as much alcohol and tobacco back as long as its for personal consumption and they sell it to me at a discount. So there is always lots of drinks at my apartment.
