Maddow looks at Bill Randall, a Tea Party-backed North Carolina GOP nominee, who just yesterday won his party's primary nomination - after he publicly stated he believes there's a devious plot afoot.
Randall says his speculation is "not based on any fact" and that he can't imagine "how or why" it would happen.
