The U.S. supported the removal of the last regime in Egypt and now we have militant Muslims storming the U.S. embassy and raising black flags. With American help, these very militants were freed from the tyranny of Mubarak -- and now this? Can the U.S. ever win in the Middle East?

Transquesta 2012/09/11 21:10:10No+19The best option is for us to get the hell out of the middle east, and to stay out! Following that would be to close our borders to ANY travel FROM the middle east. Complete quarantine. Nobody in, nobody out--at least not insofar as we're concerned. Fundamentalist Islam should be seen as the contagion it is, and it should be treated as such.

It's his October surprise in September and his "Wag the Dog" scheme.
from what I've seen on SH recently.

War for oil? did we miss something over here in the US? I am paying 4.00 a gallon for gasoline..... Did you guys over in the UK get some windfall profit from some Shiek in the Arab Emirates?
I can see by your profile you are like the rest of the sheep that follow Obama here in the US. Your unemployed but a College Grad, your income level at 0-25,000 and your a "Bush Blamer" The DNC could have sure used you during their convention.....
the twin towers are the first towers to fall so quick to a fire... I have seen documentaries about that and a film called loose change, they seem so legit, logical... this site will hate me for saying this and I'm sorry but its my opinion... Bush is to blame for the excess hatred.....
Can we go there and kill more of their people than ours get killed? Probably
Can we go there and bomb the area into total obliteration? Probably.
Will we be any safer and create fewer enemies doing this? Doubtful.
We should stick to our own "rule of law". Isn't that what we elect our leaders to do? Why are they having such a problem doing that?
Back to the topic at hand.. Hands down, hell, no. Time to get out of there and let others do what they should be.
