The U.S. supported the removal of the last regime in Egypt and now we have militant Muslims storming the U.S. embassy and raising black flags. With American help, these very militants were freed from the tyranny of Mubarak -- and now this? Can the U.S. ever win in the Middle East?

Transquesta 2012/09/11 21:10:10No+19The best option is for us to get the hell out of the middle east, and to stay out! Following that would be to close our borders to ANY travel FROM the middle east. Complete quarantine. Nobody in, nobody out--at least not insofar as we're concerned. Fundamentalist Islam should be seen as the contagion it is, and it should be treated as such.

What is needed to finish it...no being politically correct
Republicans = fraud
Oh wait.
Nevermind.
(Sorry, that seemed a bit harsh after re-reading it. NO NUKES. Use neutron bombs instead. It whacks the people but won't harm the structures or the oil fields very much.)
Romney is the nominee for the Presidency of the U.S. He has every right to weigh in with what he thinks is right and what may be his approach to such problems. Obama weighed in AGAINST Bush. What made him the expert at that time? Bush had alread had eight years of it, Obummer, zero years. Give me a break.
This is a free country (kind of) and Romney has every right to express his opinion along with every other citizen. Instead of jumping on Romney, why don't you ask your "precious" why he didn't attend his intel briefings during the week leading up to the attack? Why don't you ask him why he hasn't included Romney in those briefings, like he's suppose to do by law? Think he might be afraid that if Romney attends the briefings, little "precious" might have to give up his golf game and attend also?
However, I have softened and modified my opinion. We should use the equivalent of the 10 megaton bombs in neutron bombs. This would cause far less damage to the infrastructure and the oil fields. Yes, we may have to wait a while for it to stop glowing but in the end, no more fanatical murderers running around bathing in innocent blood just for kicks and in the name of Islam.
