Protesters Say Obama 2012 Paid Them to Heckle Romney: Cheating?

Obama's 2012 re-election campaign paid protesters to heckle Republican candidate Mitt Romney, according to several protesters. The 2012 election has enough volume -- and paying hecklers certainly adds to the noise and rhetoric. But does it amount to cheating?

At least Obama can claim credit for employing a few protesters. Should we consider this part of the stimulus package?

Buzzfeed Reports:
At [Mitt Romney]'s afternoon stop outside a bakery in DeWitt, a group of about 15 protesters stood behind a police barricade, a few of them chanting in support of Obama. Asked why he was protesting, a man dressed in a grim reaper costume pointed a reporter to a pair of "designated representatives" standing in the shade.

If it were true, they wouldn't be saying it, which makes this a great smear campaign by Romney

David Axlerod's play book. Funny how he also criticized Bush for playing too much golf while the country suffered. The seduction of ignorant people actually believing Obama is different-- and actually cares- is WAY MORE disgusting to me than someone who just fits the mold of politician and everyone knows what they stand for. Obama is SO INCREDIBLY disingenuous, it's sickening. Playing on people's emotions, soliciting votes 6 mos before an election- when IF HE CARED he could have done any of this stuff when he had a majority, speaks VOLUMES, about how he will use ANYONE to win, and whether or not he actually believes in ANYTHING consistently, doesn't matter.

It will be interesting to see if the Hispanic community will buy into the false Obama concern. Had he an ounce of caring for Hispanics, he would have approached Congress when the Democrats controlled both houses during the first 2 years of his presidency. What does he do? He waits until election time and tries to profess concern. This from the same man who said in September that he didn't have the power to do this. He's a fraud, he's a liar, and he's disgusting.

I know. Like with women & birth control, and the gay & lesbian community. This is what happens when people forget they have a lawyer for commander & chief- the ambulance chasing type anyhow. People wonder how DNA wasn't enough to convict OJ? When you have ignorant people who don't understand how Congress & he Supreme Court function, and can be convinced "if the glove fit you must aquit" (simple minded), you end up with a President who can blame Bush FOR EVERYTHING- yet he, himself, can't seem to do anything. The democratic CONGRESS created the housing crisis during BUSH, and when Obama got elected, choose, during this "horrible mess they inherited", to address healthcare, instead of stabilize the economy. Again, people are so simple minded to forget how entitlements are a huge part of the problem- so what will happen if you create an even larger one during a bad economy? They make decisions based on "liking" Obama. As long as the rats are gone, they don't care what the Pied Piper does (until their children are gone).

And now Obamass has envoked executive priviledge over Fast and Furious. He's a liar and a cheat. Of course he knew about it and they've been stalling hoping it would all go away. If Obamass were honest and his bff Holder were innocent, I'm sure they would jump to release everything. When you hide behind EP, especially this late in the game, it smells pretty rotten in the White House.

Where's the I don't believe it? Why would Obama have to hire protesters to heckel Mittens? All Mittens has to do is campaign and if you listen to the words, you will realize he's a corporate shill or an idiot.

If true... (Part of the 4 million jobs created, now that Romney has made his presence there, now those hecklers are part of the unemployed... Romney's presence seems to cost a lot of hard working people their jobs whenever he's done getting what he wants and leaves). LOL

I wouldn't disavow the hecklers either. Is Obama willing to stop the dirty campaign ads that only tell half the truth? Americans love the grist and buy into heckling and dirty ads. I would just about promise that even if Romney asked his supporters to stop, Obama wouldn't say much of anything. Who cares what Axelrod says? Free speech, after all, is our way. If Obama is that thin-skinned, he needs to go home and hide under the bed. Even SNL portrays him as thin-skinned and throwing temper tantrums.

If this is true, it is terrible! Whoever was responsible should be fired, and President Obama should denounce what was done. Signs are OK, but you have to let speakers speak. Free speech is too important to our country.

It turns out the Obama campaign has spoken out against their supporters heckling Romney. Given the chance to do the same, Romney declined to tell his supporters to stop heckling the President.

Childish. When it comes to something important like choosing our leaders or making decisions for our country grown adults act like the 5th grade is in session.

No worse than the Montana outhouse protest against President Obama.

As for the hecklers being paid? LOL. Like the Koch Brothers didn't pay that reporter to heckle the President at the presentation of the change in policy on immigration?? He is part of 100's of websites that are spreading lies and misinformation about the President and his administration.
