He didn't say "I'm going to kill Obama if he's reelected"... that would be a threat. His words were ambiguous.

I listened to the 25 minute rant. I heard a lot of chest thumping, but nothing that would stand up in court as an actual threat to the life of the President. Chopping heads off in November clearly meant voting the Dems out of office in November. And when Nugent said if Obama was elected again he (Nugent) would be dead or in prison - he never says WHY he would be dead or in prison which leads to speculation. You cannot send someone to jail for what you may "think" they meant.

At this very moment, Government "cleanup crews" are taking down videos and articles of anything that is criticism towards or about Government dubbing it explicit~ IT IS STILL at this moment a free country. I don't know the whole story but it sounds like a pretty implicit threat. People who make threats like that need to be held accountable. Of course this should go for EVERYONE if we're going to do this.

Just like the Blank Panther party leaders should be prosecuted for their bounty for Zimmerman, like Spike Lee should be held accountable for sending a lynch mob to any address (especially the wrong one, lol) and the people who do things like this:
