The government is pushing forward plans to allow people to read all emails in real time, to allow the government to check who is in contact with who and it doesn't matter what country you are from you will be monitored.
https://www.torproject.org/ < Not the best software in the world but it helps prevent people from snooping on you.
I don't want to live in Egypt but apparently that's what I'm being forced to do.

From a Government that causes panic at the pumps, doesn't know what a cornish pasty is or where they last had one and now this. I don't think they could a read a email any way and if it was about real life events it would read has code to them. I hope they are listening or rather reading because they are a bunch or hooray Henry's who have totally lost the plot.

Omnomnom... I haven't had a cornish pasty in so long =3 I don't necessarily think it was the government that caused the rush buying... as far as I heard, the government said..."Might be an idea to top up..."

Nah your email can be read in plain text if you haven't personally encrypted it. Because the algorithms are effectively handed over by the people who manage the emails. So while it's private for unauthorised access, the government would be classed as authorised.

You're right though, they've certainly taken an interesting line.

Yeah but the government tell people to stock up buy jerry cans and put them in the garage and then there is no strike. They told people to stock up even before there was any strike confirmed. What about that lady in York burnt by transferring petrol. If it wasn't so bad it would be funny, we have keystone cops policies now being implemented.

Yeah I know but how many people know that petrol fumes can ignite. She may not have done it, if it wasn't for someone telling the nation to stock up.
There is something shady about this government, don't trust any of them.

Yeah, but the alternative was labour and we blame them for the mess XD Next time you vote, vote green =D (or Pirate Party =p)

Politicalcompass.org check how the parties of the UK have changed over the years the green party is where Labour used to be.

My point is, most of them are still idiots doesn't matter whether you're conservative or labour they're in effect the same creature but different colours. >.<

I voted Labour but I vote Greens sometimes. I voted Labour because I didn't want the Tories to get in, because I know what a lying bunch of toffs they really are. I was considering voting Libs and am so glad I didn't I don't know how these so called politicians have the gall to sit in front of people and tell them their policies. What we should do is give the Tories and the LibDems a truth pill and all they would say is "we are a lying bunch with no policies, don't take anything we say seriously, we make our policies up over a boozy weekend." I am disappointed with Labour, they are not a strong opposition and we need one. A strong opposition would make mince meat of the ConDems right now because of their Uturns and fiasco's. I am worried we are heading for another Summer of Discontent.

Libs are fine...they're having problems with the conservatives is all. They're all kicking themselves pretty badly and we don't give them enough credit for what they've been able to do with the limited power they have. But you're right, they have had to sacrifice an awful lot.

I do agree with you ^_^

Well to be honest they do deserve half the stick they get. You should hear there internal discussions with the members. The members are furious.

I am not surprised. If they are not careful the Libs will have no party left, the people that vote for them will and are going elsewhere.

Ah a fellow English person =p (or welsh...scottish irish...falkland...you get the point =3)

I am quite frankly astonished they're trying to pull this stunt and I think the majority will be outraged when they find out.

The government don't understand the people, or the systems they're trying to monitor.

Same XD But traveling in kmph sounds a lot faster than mph >.>
  • ♥K14 Crypt_H... 2012/04/01 17:47:13
    ♥K14
Meters per second is the "correct" unit for speed - If you just want to sound quick, not so good... 13.41m/s vs 30mph :/
You could have 805meters per minute, but that doesn't sound too good either.
  • Crypt_H... ♥K14 2012/04/01 17:55:40

lmao. Dunno where you picked up correct from XD But kilometers is just meters on 1000's scale. >.<

    Science, dear watson :)
It's the standard unit of speed :P
