In Rambo first blood he is a drifter who is driven across a town by a cop who doesn't want him his town and then decides to walk back towards town where he is arrested for flagrancy and resisting arrest. In the booking and cleaning process the police beat him and he decides to break out and makes his way into the woods where they catch up to him hanging on a cliff. While this police officer in a helicopter starts firing at him (he is unarmed) he finally throws a rock at the helicopter and this cop falls to his death. Next they chase him into the woods where he strategically injures the whole tracking party. Then he stows away in a mine where the national guard try taking him out. Well here is the question in all this. Did he commit any crimes here?

If he had been a liberal hippie there would have been an army of protestors outside the jail demanding his release; but since he was a republican veteran they were content to allow him to die in jail.
So he did vote, they never really said which party that president was but Stallone is republican.
That's a serious leap of logic right there... no guarentee that the President isn't Republican at the time of Rambo 3, no emphasis on it at all... but you auto assume that because he's a Vietnam vet that he's a republican... or maybe that it's he's not a sickly little smelly hippy, but an abused, maligned and near-psychotic Special Forces war vet with one of the worst cases of PTSD documented in characters that you think he's a Republican.
Seemed pretty simple to me.
Just because the ACTOR is doesn't mean the CHARACTER he's portraying shares his views. FFS, the character was written by a screen writer without a star in mind.
Sheesh you guys get worked up about the silliest things sometimes.
which means he was guilty of wandering around.
