Mitt Romney was pleasant and engaging. Barack Obama harangued everybody, as if he were in a factory or airplane hangar, as he usually is while on the stump. Mitt Romney knew how to speak to a hostile crowd (and moderator). Barack Obama couldn't even win any points with friendlies.
Everyone's talking about the Benghazi Attack business. And yes, it shows that Obama can't keep his story straight, and neither can the mainstream media.
But the real Question of the Day came from the young man who asked, "What have you done for me lately? Because I don't see it."
Obama's failure to answer that question, and Romney's willingness to reach out to him and offer him a way out, were priceless, both each alone and in combination.

Agree. Romney wins.

CNN Poll has Romney winning the important issues in the last debate.
*On who would better handle the economy: 58 percent Romney; 40 percent Obama.
*On who would better handle health care: 49 percent Romney; 46 percent Obama
*On taxes: 51 percent Romney; 44 percent Obama
*On who is a stronger leader: 49 percent Romney; 46 percent Obama
*On who is more likeable: 47 percent Obama: 41 percent Romney
*On who cares more about your life: 44 percent Obama; 40 percent Romney
*On who answered more directly: 45 percent Romney; 43 percent Obama
This is Obama's uh oh, I just stepped in it smile.
So, with everything against him, it's easy to say he lost. However, if "facts" are part of the debate and you add substance, it's a Romney win, hands down.
Edited to correct the percentage favoring Romney's management of the economy. It's 65%, not 64%
Additionally, the same CBS poll had Romney at 64%, Obama at 34% on confidence in managing the economy. Some topics carry more weight than others. If democrats are correct with their mantra that IT'S ABOUT THE ECONOMY STUPID!, Then I'd say Romney won on the issue that will be most important in the voting booth.
Romney is going to retire him on November 6th. Get used to saying President Romney.
I used to do some sports betting in Vegas when my father lived there but it's been a long time. I copy pasted a result. Help me interpret what they are saying. I read it as Romney is odds-on favorite: I don't bet on presidential elections but tell me where I've gone wrong.
Odds
Barack Obama 2/5 I read that as bet 40 cents get a buck if Obama wins.
Mitt Romney 15/8 I read this as bet a 1.875 and get a buck if Romney wins.
This is a British betting site as the denominations were pounds sterling.
