President Obama Supporters: It's up to you.

Mopeder 2012/06/08 21:45:54

Yesterday we got some news: the Romney campaign raised $76.8 million dollars in May. But that's only what Romney's official campaign raised.

Independent special interests and Super PACs on the right are building unprecedented war chests.

The president is right, because in the end it's about the people voting for this country to continue moving forward.

Obama owes the people. I find it interesting that this man is asking for money from a nation that doesn't have any while he and his family take vacation after vacation. All the while he,s been in office, he hasn't,t help this nation at all. if anything he's costed us money, status and reputation by being the biggest flip flopped in history. I wouldn't give him a penny either.

An appeal to a vanishing species to add to the biggest political war chest may be viewed by some as an act of desperation. What is sauce for the goose.... Vote with your dollars, the ad industry needs it. The cost of a vote for Obama may approach that of an Obama "green" job.

Assuming that you want government to get ever bigger, place more and more roadblocks in the way of businessmen, and suck more and more time, effort, and money out of the private sector into the power-lusting government sector, you should send every dollar you can spare to support King Obama. Yes, our present unemployment and under-employment levels, especially for the young and the under-educated, is not yet high enough to Obama. Help him make those levels higher. How about as high as in socialist Greece or Spain?

$25. Pretty close to his average donation. If you're not a Koch brother why you would vote for Romney is beyond me. One side wants to raise their own taxes and lower mine while the other wants to do the opposite. Hmmm tough choice.

Yeah, I don't even think the Obama supporters are buying it anymore. You can't just throw money at the worst one-term president in U.S. history and expect that to solve all your problems. Oh, wait . . . you got that idea straight from Obama . . . throw money at it and hope it just goes away.

Let him get his money from the insurance companies and the Republicans he made deals with.

It wasn't like he had a choice. With pubs blocking and fillibustering everything he still got HR through such as it was and now my daughter in college can be on my health care plan. I don't call that letting me down at all. Get rid of the Republicans and you get rid of the problems.
  • justfred SW 2012/06/11 20:33:51

I agree...however, he has the 'Bully Pulpit' and has not used it. Even on the HR bill he started at the compromise position and moved to the opposition.

Speaking of the bully pulpit, we need another Roosevelt...not Franklin, but Teddy. We need to bust up a bunch of banks and corporations. If they are too big to fail, they are too big to exist and are therefore a threat to our national security.

Obama has done nothing to break up those corporations and the power is his (Sherman is still in place). He has the power to investigate why the economy collapsed and jail those responsible and he has done nothing.

As long as he wants to pander to the banks and corporate interests, let him get his money there...I have none left.

What a disaster the friggen little shyster was. He was the traitor that opened up China so our millionaires could turn their millions into Billions while everyone else gets to buy cheap plastic crap.

    Can you smell the desperation?
Actually, he's raising funds to salvage the Senate because he's out of there before the convention in September and the Dem's have nobody else to run.

The figures for Romney's PAC's are off too. Every time 0bie's Chitcago machine attacks business, venture Capitalism, investors, job creators, those donations pour in.

Koch Bros.began with $100M, upped it to $200M, and recently pledged $400M.

The totals are about $1.8 Billion now and 0bozo wont be able to find a hole deep enough to hide in. It's GAME ON.

And under "Obozo" we created more jobs in 2 years than Bush and the Republicans did in 8!

Tax cuts for small businesses and incentives to hire domestically aren't what I call "an attack on job creators"

But if you want more outsourcing, more boom and bust stock market crashes and bank bailouts by all means vote Republican --they've been in charge for every one in history. Of course if Romney wins and the country goes to complete s#@$ He'll blame Obama and you'll probably believe him.

Not many jobs need to be 'created' when people are working.

1,000's of new pages of red tape added each week.

0bozo did that just fine with GM .... or should I say 'CM'
They will own the company within a few years. Straight from the current CEO.
