It is very troubling when our leaders openly discuss subverting the document they are all sworn to uphold. Our constitution has molded this country into the greatest the world has ever known, while thwarting it is resulting in the radical decline we are now experiencing. Recent revelations of Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg's, obvious disrespect for the constitution is a growing trend within the democrat party that the constitution has somehow become an outdated document and these liberal idiots are self appointed dictators.
Democratic governors discuss bypassing Congress with Obama
Gov. Jack Markell, the Democratic governor of Delaware and the vice
chairman of the National Governors Association, told The Hill that the
meeting was “very good” and said many of the governors were responsive
to ideas about bypassing Congress.

COMMIE Demoturds subvert the Constitution every chance they get ....
NEWSFLASH ***
huuuaaaah...
HERE are just a few of the more practical ways.
Does this twit not understand that the moderators from CNN asked the questions and set the tone for the debate? Each network chooses the format and the GOP candidates aren't the ones who decide what the topics are.
Another example of librul spin because it's always someone else's fault.
That said, 0bie and his minority amount of Dem Guvs can conspire all they want but the bottom line is they are there to sign or veto bills that come from the State & Federal legislatures. They cannot demand policy
States have ballot measures and local initiatives where the people vote on spending measures and any changes to their state's Constitution. Recently in CA, 2/3rds of those who voted for Hugh Speed Rail said they would change their vote now that the true cost of the project is 3X's what was advertised and know the truth, that ridership and benefits were oversold.
Pelosi was screeching about "Jobs-jobs-jobs" in 2008-9 & 10,..... and the Dem's didn't accomplish squat while they controlled both chambers of Congress and held the majority of State legislatures.
That all changed in the 2010 election when the GOP picked up 700 state seats, 64 at the Federal level, a few more Governors and the private sector began hiring again.
These clowns have nothing left but to manufacture controversies and find ways to circumvent the process.
I would venture to guess that those who fought for and wrote our Constitution wouldn't be too damn happy with the past governing of a hapless administration and the present temporary homophobic republican governors either.
