Obama's a straight-shooter. I have no reason to think he'd do anything different on this question.

A lot of what we see from Congress is so-called kabuki theatre. Especially with the GOP. They have to throw red meat to their wacko extremists to try to avoid getting primaried. Boehner has to pander to these idiots as well. I'm sure on a golf course, with a coupla high-balls in him, Boehner is not the a-hole we see on the house floor.
