There are no American military personel in Iraq as of August 19th 2012. Bush declared victory against the Government of Iraq under Sadam Hussein. NOT the end of fighting in Iraq. Obama pulled out all troops in Iraq after 7 and a half years. The war in Iraq, involving American troops, has ended.
