Have you ever worked in a factory with 1st , 2nd and 3rd shift? The 1st shift blames the 3rd shift employees for not doing thier job, 2nd shift blames 1st shift , and 3rd shift blames 2nd shift. The reality - there is always someone who will subsidize another to get the job done. Obama is the worst Executive we have had in History. Blame Bush if you want , but if Obama isnt up for the job he should find another one. Right now Americans are going through applications ....to fire Obama in 2012. Hire./Fire At Will.

"he should find another one" I don't want him to choose another one, I would prefer the people to choose. I hope that 2012 the majority wizen up. I have worked in the factory setting before, and agree that is how it is, but does not mean that is how it should be. Go to work, do your job to the best of your capability, and go home knowing that no one else could have done better. That is what I have always told my people. Don't worry about everyone else, and what they are doing, just as long you do your best.

Most companies realize there are 'achievers " who subsidize those "less go -getters". Every company has them. Those "achievers " are assets to companies. Those "slackers" come a dime a dozen. Every employer wants the best emplyee they can find. Why companies have guide lines, point systems and an evaluation system to track employees work ethics, etc.

The only good thing I could see on the one year anniversary of Obama's winning is it's only 3 years to get rid of him.
