Speaking as someone who watched his mother go through a 12 year legal battle with Citigroup because her contract was violated despite taking excellent care of her credit, i can attest to the need for Government protection from Corporations.

You act on the premise that Corporations have your best interests at heart and won't use their billion dollar legal teams to steam roll your life if given half a reason.
