Porn Star, Story Daniels, is running for Senator of Louisiana. Daneils wants to replace the seat of Republican David Vitter but doesn't know which political party she wants to be associated with. The Porno star will start raising money and visit western and northern Louisiana to talk to voters. Do politicians these days really have to be at all qualified?

I'm sure anyone in the entertainment industry, be it adult or otherwise, can be totally qualified to lie through their teeth... at least in this case the eye candy will make the lies go down more smoothly. Of coarse this is from a man's point of view, but I am sure if she is successful there will be male adult stars running for office so that the ladies will be covered as well.

If she runs and wins.. there really is no hope for this country. I don't care how qualified she is education wise....she has already ruined her credibility and placing her in a Senate position only brings the credibility of our Senate down lower than it already is. If we are really trying to make changes in our Country and restore it to some sort of respectability... then she should not even make consideration let alone a ballot. I am tired of our politicians being slimy, liars or stupid jokes that don't have a clue. Lets make improvements where we can not more jokes! There really was no good choice for an answer... I would have preferred a "you've have got to be kidding" choice.

Ideally candidates should have some sort of qualifications for the office they seek. On the other hand, if you have enough money and clout behind you, and can turn a good phrase to either dazzle them with brilliance or baffle them with BS, you'll have the inside track to victory. Just look at our illustrious Prez, who raised $688 million (during a recession no less), can't produce a valid birth certificate (or WON'T because he thinks he's above such mundane things), and can sling BS with the best of them. Personally, I think a porn star would be a considerable improvement over the goose-stepping Obamaniacs presently in the House and Senate.

I think Senators should be of the highest quality of intelligence and have an excellent background in public service as well as an excellent human rights record. Well , a porn star may have served the public...but what part of the public?!? Does this woman have these qualifications? I would guess not.She should have at the very least a basic college degree....I wonder if she does? To be naturally smart is not enough...to have studied politics, the arts, biology,psychology,anthropology, math,history( and especially world history) is important for a representative or Senator. Anything less would be like cheating her constituents!
