A new NBC/Wall Street Journal survey of voters shows President Obama with a sizable lead over Republican Mitt Romney, but that 6-point advantage comes with a very large asterisk.

In polling terms, it's called "over-sampling," and the Hart/McInturff team that a conducted the WSJ/NBC study over-sampled Democrats - by 11 percent.

Sorry, but you can't complain about the credibility of a poll, then use a Rush Limbaugh link as source and still expect anyone to take you seriously.

Well, what was the sample size, and because the were demo or repub does not mean they will vote, vote for the candidate, or keep party loyal at this point. Assumptions are being induced into these adds, How many refused to participate and those that did my have polled falsely on purpose. I never hear anyone say did you check their voter ID or voting record wouldn't think there might be fraud? My point Big deal.

A lot of Liberals polls are over estimating Democrats. Probably, Romney is only up 2 points because in a poll based on registered voters, Democrats would have a 3 point advantage. However, Republicans have an advantage in voter participation.
