There are many good ones to choose from. I like Paul Ryan and West for starters.

I have a feeling that it won't matter who he picks, as I don't think he will win the election as the anti 1% sentiment is very strong.

Not to mention those who are uncertain about electing someone that belongs to a Religous organisation that has the biggest database for recording peoples data in the world - what's up with that?

Your statement contains a glaring oxymoron. If, as you say, anti 1% sentiment is very strong, then Obama stands no chance. For he represents the 1%-ers more so than Romney, notwithstanding bogus Lib PR to the contrary. Just look at where Obama's support comes from:

Soros, Gates, Wall St., most of Hollywood, etc.

Why did he have no backers for his first campaign and have to horse trade away much of his campaign promises?

I think it is more likely that they would prefer Hilary...

West for V.P. Is a no brainer. But I still think that position for him is a waste of talent. How important is vp choice? It convinces the undecided vote to follow West. As far as party.I don't have one anymore. As a former Rep.I vote for the best man. Not the party. [Term Limits Please]

Only insofar as having West there by Romney's side will be a good watchdog for America to guide Romney. Plus West would be next-in-line to succeed Romney, even if it's 8 years down the road.

Santorum's a RINO Washington Insider, if you will take time to research his record the last two decades before he hit the campaign trail.

I would have said Rice,....but she crossed party lines and supported obama. So I would say West. He is the most consistent and true conservative....or at least he appears to be....

I would think that Allen West would make a very good VP, and I think even a better President than the Fool that calls himself President now. And he for sure could be a much better Vice President than the Clown that Obama picked.

I'd love to see West, I would also be happy with Rubio, but Newt has way too much baggage and I think he could potentially go Maverick on Mitt. And I'd love to see West, Rubio, or Condie in a debate with Crazy Uncle Joe.

Rubio is a TRAITOR who wants to attract more job-stealing illegals with amnesty and the Dream Act as Obama wants to do. Rubio obviously doesn't put America's best interests first. See:

The best person for that job would be Palin. However, the progs have ensured that she is way too polarizing and toxic.
My next pick would be Rice, but she has emphatically said she has no interest.
Rubio has NBC issues, Christie, Gingrich & Santorum would be dead weights, Rand has ZIP for experience in every category and his Papa is out of touch with reality.
Ryan would be a good choice but his knowledge and skills can be better utilized elsewhere.

That leaves the obvious pick, Col West.

I like Alan West and Marco Rubio... I think he should appoint Ron Paul treasury secretary... or give him Bernacke's job. To help Romney in the South picking a Northerner like Christie or Ryan won't help him in the South...

Rubio's Father was not an American citizen at the time Marco was born so he doesn't qualify.
Bernanke's job (Chairman of the Fed) can only be held by a sitting member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, which Ron Paul is not.
Paul Ryan would make a much better Treasury Secretary and has the experience to assume that position.

If Romney chose either Jeb Bush, Condi Rice, or Mike Huckabee as his running mate, the ticket would be favored to win the election.

If Romney picked Chris Christie, John Thune, or Paul Ryan, as his running mate, he will have a 50/50 shot at winning the election.

If he goes with another one of the frequently mentioned names, he will have an uphill battle.
