Politicians who lose their seat refusing to leave office.

" ... two winning candidates for the positions of mayor and town councilman are not being allowed to be seated." says it all to me. We have a tyranny in this country and its not only happening in Washington.

Have you ever caught this remake of what happened back after WWII ... this is not new.



If our elected continue to place themselves above the people and God ... this will become more and more of a reality is my take on things.

I try and other times its just my opinion. :-)

Reading the article I found online. This is not as cut and dried as it seems. So far they have found at least 3 people that voted in the new mayor and counsel member that were dead before the election. 168 votes are being looked at due to possible fraud, and They have also found 300 votes (out of 706 that voted) that registered just before the election with a home address on Federal lands, which is suspected as fraudulent. I believe that there is more to this story than what this opinion poll is allowing to be discussed.



There is also the matter of the unpaid municipal bill that Foster has, which would violate a long standing law the city has regarding electable officials and delinquent bills owed to the city. So things are not as black and white as what it appears here.

Sorry Folks, but it seems the Tea Party can throw some illegalities around as well..

If you bought, paid for a seat, you'd stay and try to recoup your investment.

Very simple to correct this. Lock the doors, shut off electicity, water, food and every other amenities. I will bet you that within one day, they will be begging to to be let out.

Lock the office door from the outside? Take the sherrif's men and clean out the offices and dump the crap outside the door? Bar them from the legislative floor and the incoming guys just take the seats? Arrest them?

It might be a better question to ask what is going on in Arizona.

What happens if the sheriff's men back those who don't want to leave?
