LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas -- A man police say shot himself in the head
while his hands were cuffed behind him in the back of an Arkansas patrol
car tested positive for methamphetamine, an anti-depressant and other
drugs, according to an autopsy report released Monday that listed his
death as a suicide.

The state crime lab report said the muzzle of a handgun that Chavis
Carter apparently concealed from arresting officers was placed against
his right temple when it was fired. The report, signed by three medical
examiners, included a drug analysis showing Carter's urine and blood
indicated methamphetamine and other drug use.

Seldom does the Police's version of the story match with the video's version of the story. The only time it matches, is when there is a portion of video missing. There is always the most important portion of the video missing! Strange, no? Missing Video

There is a re-video showing how it could have been done. That said, the police failed in not properly frisking him to find the weapon.

If the cops did their job, they searched him before he was handcuffed and in the car, so how did he shoot himself in the head?

The article says the cops proved it could be done in a video, I would have to see it.

I NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING THE MEDIA TELLS ME, and I wasn't there. I also know several law enforcement officers, including FBI, and no matter how many of you have gotten yourselves into bad situations with them, they are not prone to lying. I suppose you all think a cop sat in the back seat with this guy and angled their revolver just right and shot the dude, right?? Too EASY to prove. NO cop would set themselves up for that kind of ending to their career. THINK about it.

If the guy is flexable enough. But, that would also the cops weren't doing their job by finding the gun. That's believeable, too.

If he had a gun with him it is believable...if not then it is baloney.

    How lovely.

You're not even slightly curious as to how the SUSPECT (because, you know; 'due process', and 'innocent and proven guilty'' and all that good stuff) got a hold of a firearm after being frisked and handcuffed?

Wait never mind; this is a conversation about assumptions and personal opinions, not logical analysis.

    Carry on.

    Have a good day.

The only thing real about OJ being innocent was the real threat of riots if found guilty.

Flawed? I think that goes without saying. Yet here I am saying it.
Just like innocent people are found guilty.
    Guilty people are found innocent.
    So, flawed? You bet.

So, see something that I feel is wrong. Do nothing. And it will all work out in the end?
    Sounds to easy.
    I'm lazy, I'll try it.
    What could I possibly lose?
    Thanks for the tip. :)

Trying to fix the system costs too much money and valuable time wasted in courts. There has to be a better way. We have tickets for everything. Yet, we have no way to ticket the police or court system when we find out that they are on the take! Try proving that you bribed them and you get charged, they do not! Something has gone very wrong... =<

Police record audio inside the car as well. There is a sticker on the dash. It says "Anything you say is being recorded and may be used against you." =) Nice, no?
