LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas -- A man police say shot himself in the head
while his hands were cuffed behind him in the back of an Arkansas patrol
car tested positive for methamphetamine, an anti-depressant and other
drugs, according to an autopsy report released Monday that listed his
death as a suicide.
The state crime lab report said the muzzle of a handgun that Chavis
Carter apparently concealed from arresting officers was placed against
his right temple when it was fired. The report, signed by three medical
examiners, included a drug analysis showing Carter's urine and blood
indicated methamphetamine and other drug use.

they seem to be doing ok.
You're not even slightly curious as to how the SUSPECT (because, you know; 'due process', and 'innocent and proven guilty'' and all that good stuff) got a hold of a firearm after being frisked and handcuffed?
Wait never mind; this is a conversation about assumptions and personal opinions, not logical analysis.
Carry on.
Have a good day.
You are a Funny Guy. Do any stand-up?
So is this guy...
Just like innocent people are found guilty.
Guilty people are found innocent.
So, flawed? You bet.
Sounds to easy.
I'm lazy, I'll try it.
What could I possibly lose?
Thanks for the tip. :)

Don't most patrol cars have dash cams now?
