San Jose Police officer Tom Tiphayachan violated the Fourth Amendment when he stepped onto private property responding to a call that the people who lived there were selling real guns. They weren’t. They were selling bb guns, but that didn’t stop officer Tiphayachan from violating their Fourth Amendment rights.
The daughter of the people who live at the property picked up video of the incident and you can see that the residents are claiming the policeman is violating their rights and ask him to leave.
You can see in the video that as soon as the supervisor arrives on the scene that the officers leave once he is told what is going on and that a complaint will be filed.

seems that the officer gave away his agenda when he stated ..
"I KNOW who you are" ..
They should be responding to REAL CRIMES ..
