You're way luckier than I am. I was also poisoned with the bad heparin and almost died. I'm only getting 30K (before lawyer fees). The whole situation is extremely shady. My lawyer said that they spent 65 Million on their defense...If only they gave us that money instead. But no, I'm getting next to nothing and it's been 5 years and I still haven't seen a penny. I am also so angry, I haven't taken a big pharma drug since this happened because I am so paranoid.I hate them and I hope they all rot in hell.reply -

Your attorney could counter with a higher offer, but this may be as good as it gets, and it's better than nothing. In a court of law, there will have to be documented proof so if this is an out-of-court settlement, you might be wise to settle.reply
