 678 million picture

Michelle Obama's Princeton classmate is a top executive at the company that earned the no-bid contract to build the disastrous Obamacare website.

Toni Townes-Whitley, Princeton class of '85, is senior vice president at Canadian company CGI Federal, which earned the no-bid contract to build the so far costing $678 million Obamacare enrollment website at Healthcare.gov.

Townes-Whitley and his Princeton classmate Michelle Obama are both members of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.

Toni Townes, Pricenton '85, is a onetime policy analyst with the General Accounting Office and previously served in the Peace Corps in Gabon, West Africa.

George Schindler, the president of the CGI Federal's Canadian parent CGI Group, became an Obama 2012 campaign donor after his company gained the Obamacare website contract.

________________________________________________

Sooooooo...........

Let's see if we can connect the dots here ...
1.) No American companies considered for building Obamacare's website;
2.) CGI Federal was chosen by God knows which criteria and hired;
3.) CGI Federal was given a NO BID contract worth $93 million;

4.) A top executive at CGI Federal was a Princeton classmate of Michelle Obama;
5.) Previous company's experience was building a gun registry for the Canadian government;

6.) CGI Group was fired by Canadian Government for overruns that cost Canada $100 million;
4.) CGI has continued its practice of overruns as the Obamacare enrollment website has gone from $98 million tocosting U.S. tax payers $678 million, and it's still going up!

Does this bother anybody else besides me???

    well if you ask me, and someone did; I personally think that this issue is just one more layer in a conspiracy to control the world. "Obama is a useless president", You will get no Argument here! but he is a distraction. The real problem is the people controlling him. Nope, dont got no proof, Nope, dont got no pictures or names! All I got is my indispensable opinion.... ;)

    Domestic AND foreign policies so screwed up by these two. Are we totally mesmerized or just numb from daily/weekly/monthly scandals? Goes beyond complete ineptness into unabashed egotism/diabolical/controlled... driven policies.....bringing unprecedented danger to our country's future.

    CGI Federal was the only company considered by the U.S. Government to design the health insurance exchange website-Disputed!
    We found mixed reports on this one.
    According to an October 17, 2013 article by Reuters there were 31 bidders for the contract. The article said "The work on Healthcare.gov grew out of a contract for open-ended technology services first issued in 2007 with a place-holder value of $1,000. There were 31 bidders. An extension, awarded in September 2011 specifically to build Healthcare.gov, drew four bidders, the documents show, including CGI Federal."
    Another report said that CGI Federal got the order without going through the bid process. This according to an October 13, 2013 article by the Washington Examiner. The article said, "CGI was one of 16 companies that had been qualified by HHS during President George W. Bush's second term to deliver, without public competition, a variety of hardware, software and communication products and services."
    On October 28, 2013 commentators on the Fox News network repeatedly said CGI got the order without bidding, on both the Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity programs.
    CGI Federal was paid $678 million to build the enrollment website at Healthcare.gov-Fiction!
    The October 17, 2013 article by Reuters said, "As U.S. officials warned that the technology behind Obamacare might not be ready to launch on October 1, the administration was pouring tens of millions of dollars more than it had planned into the federal website meant to enroll Americans in the biggest new social program since the 1960s." At the time of this report the "potential total value" of the website is close to $292 million.
    CGI "donated" $47 Million to Obama's campaign- Fiction!
    According to the Open Secrets site, "a research group tracking money in U.S. politics and its effect on elections and public policy," CGI donated $128,000 to federal candidates and 52% of the recipients were Republicans.
    We also found that CGI President George Schindler donated $1000 to the Obama reelection campaign, according to an October 17, 2013 article by the Daily Caller. The article also said that Schindler donated $1000 for the election campaign for Mitt Romney, $1000 to Virginia Democratic Rep. Jim Moran in March 2011 and donated $2,300 to the John McCain Presidential campaign.
    At the time of our investigation there is a Congressional Inquiry on CGI Group and we will be linking their findings on this page when they become available.

    Another version:
    Another looming scandal that is going to be ignored to the tune of 3/4 of a Billion Dollars.
    Meet:
    Toni Townes-Whitley
    Senior Vice President at CGI Federal
    The Feds only reviewed one bid to build the ACA (Obama care website)
    http://washingtonexaminer.com...
    "Federal officials considered only one firm to design the Obamacare health insurance exchange website that has performed abysmally since its Oct. 1 debut.
    Rather than open the contracting process to a competitive public solicitation with multiple bidders, officials in the Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Medicare and Medicaid accepted a sole bidder, CGI Federal, the U.S. subsidiary of a Canadian company with an uneven record of IT pricing and contract performance.
    CMS officials are tight-lipped about why CGI was chosen or how it happened. They also refuse to say if other firms competed with CGI, or if there was ever a public solicitation for building Healthcare.gov, the backbone of Obamacare’s problem-plagued web portal."
    Some allegations have come to light.
    *Toni Townes-Whitley, Senior Vice President at CGI Federal for Civilian Agency programs, is Princeton Class of 1985. Michelle Obama is Princeton Class of 1985. Both are members of Association of Black Princeton Alumni.
    *CGI "donated" $47 Million to Obama's campaign.

    So, what are you trying to say?
    - You concede the cronyism of Michelle.
    - The contract WAS given to a Canadian company
    - You couldn't resolve the single consideration of CGI in being granted the contract.
    - I said nothing of a $47 million dollar contribution . . . so that's a straw man of your making.
    - It's already documented that Sebelius was warned several times that ObamaCare website was not ready for prime time.
    - "CMS officials are tight-lipped about why CGI was chosen or how it happened."
    Ya think?

    This administration drips with corruption and cronyism. In return for approximately 500,000 in political donations the administration also doled 14.5 Billion in subsidies to green energy companies.

    But, hey, who said this President was even remotely qualified in business?

    The Obama campaign is not the same as the government. They spent 14 billion of other people's tax money and got 500K in contributions to the Obama campaign. To the Obama campaign they invested nothing and got 500K. That's an infinite rate of return. To the businessmen that received 14 billion, they only put up 500,000 so their rate of return is 28,000%. Truth is those businessmen didn't necessarily even put up the 500K. They conducted fundraisers that gathered up 500K. To the extent any of the 500K wasn't theirs the rate of return only goes up.

    Screw you cut and paste. Did it ever occur to you that fundraisers raise funds from multiple individuals? Like I said, to the extent that half million came from individuals other than the green business people that got 14 billion of taxpayer money the return on corruption, I mean investment, only goes up.

    Your list of top donors only explains about 4 million of the 716 million Obama raised. That's less than one half of one percent. My guess is the donors that contributed at the fundraisers held by the business people that got 14 billion in kickbacks is buried in the other 99.5% of monies raised by Obama. Why don't you run along and investigate it.
