Pics found on cellphone at Wal-Marts showed couple raping 4 year old girl. Police investigating now whether the girl's mom set it up. If true, should the mother be locked up for life without parole along with the two who raped the little girl?

That is ..... "IF" this story is tru! Couldn't find it on major newswires, but managed to find it on Nancy Grace's blog - so it has SOME credibility.

A mother should protect her child. I would do my damndest to protect ANY child from harm. I cannot tollerate those who harm children or those who allow it to be done.

Life without parole is waaaay too good for these two dollops of human excrement! This kind of crime cries out for medieval types of punishment, such as burning at the stake, drawing and quartering, the rack, breaking on the wheel and the iron maiden!

In Florida the mother if convicted would mostly be sentenced to 5-15 years and lose custody of the child.

I think it goes without saying that if you knowingly allow anyone to have access to your child for anything sexual you don't deserve to live in society ever again. I can't wrap my mind around someone who could do this.

Yes, if the Mom knew before the girl went with Alan Johnson and Jennifer Sparks, then she's an accessory before the fact to at lease three Florida State felonies. On the Mobile phone were 1500 pictures of the abuse. This is an also a Federal Crime( possessing and production-of-child-pornography ) each photo can be counted as an separate felony. Each felony count carries a potential penalty of not less than fifteen years, but no more than thirty years in Federal Prison plus a possible $250,000 fine.

This has to be some kind of power trip, because I cannot see any sexual gradification. Children look to their parents for Guidance. The sickos are coming out of the woodwork now. You cant go to a movie now for fear someone might ding out, The same goes for going to church, and now Wally World, I hope the little girls mental and physical state heals for the better. If the mother had any involvement, she should face the same charges as if she had committed the acts.

In cases like this, the ones on video should experience one of those incidents where they are left in an unsecured area separating the general population just long enough to receive their justice.

Put someone on administrative leave for 30 days for 'accidentally' leaving the door unlocked and so be it.

Very sick!Now this poor little girl will have issues for the rest of her life.I'd prefer seeing these three hung to death.Especially the mom.A mothers job is to protect her children.If she allowed such a horrible thing to happen to her daughter, she needs to suffer.
