Phil Spector Guilty For Murder: Happy about Spector's conviction?

Phil Spector was convicted and found guilty of 2nd-degree murder for Lana Clarkson's death in 2003. Spector, a famous rock music producer, was on trial for shooting actress, Clarkson, in his mansion, and is finally getting his justice. Lana Clarkson was the star of the cult film, "Barbarian Queen", in 1985 and was found dead in Spector's mansion hours after working at her nightclub hostess job.

    I think the verdict was too lenient. Phil Spector is a twisted person...a creepy little worm who gets off on sticking guns in women's mouths...he's so creepy I'll bet he gets left alone in jail...hehe

    I think he did it and I think it should be First Degree Murder because he put that gun to her head and pulled the trigger and tried to blame her shooting herself in he head.
    No woman would have her purse in her hand on the way out of door and shoot herself.
    Just because he is who he is doesn't mean he can get away with murder and that is a fact.

    His money and fame held off his conviction for 6 years. Now he'll probably start an appeals process. He's an undisciplined spoiled has-been who thinks that he is above the law.

    I couldn't agree with you more all of his money was able to get off for awhile but now he going to have to pay like all killers of innocent people have to in this country and that is the way it is.

    I think because he was supposedly playing with the gun and didn't mean for it to go off and he had done that so many times before as all the women that went up on the stand said he did that is the only reason I would guess.

    But I feel the same way that you do it should have been First Degree Murder in my book murder is murder no matter the reason and that is a fact.

    You have to pull the trigger for it to go off no matter what is going on but playing with a weapon is not what you do that is not a toy to played with and that is a fact.

    That is why they say can be slow but I thought in this case it was in reverse.

    I can't imagine the hell that woman had to endure before her death and now maybe he will be feeling a very little of her pain but I doubt it because he still feels he not guilty and I am sure they will have so many appeals that this court case will go on for many many years to come because of his money and that is a fact.
