PETA Kills 95% of Animals They Rescue?
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals have always been against the cruelty or abuse of animals. They have fought to ban all laboratory use of animals and for that manner, any use of animals. They swear to being vegan or vegetarians. They won’t use any products made from animal material such as leather, furs or feathers. Some of the members of PETA go so far as to abdicate the necessary extinction of mankind so that animals will be free of our cruel treatment.
PETA is supposed to be the most animal friendly organization in the world.
However, this may be one of the most animal cruel and hypocritical organizations in the nation. The Center for Consumer Freedom, a non-profit organization, obtained documents from the Virginia Department of Agriculture that sheds an entirely different portrayal of the animal rights group.
According to the documents received by CCF, they show that PETA, which is headquartered in Norfolk, Virgina, has killed more than 27,000 animals since 1998. Those animals killed by PETA represent nearly 95% of those that were supposedly rescued by the group.Read More: http://godfatherpolitics.com/3906/peta-kills-95-of...

PETA people even go in the forest to hassle hunters. They make noise, cut tires, do all sorts of stupid stuff. I have NO respect for PETA. Absolutely NONE.
Par for the course for these guys...
The greatest freedom we have, as human beings, is freedom of thought, yet many refuse to take advantage of it. Many go through life without having one independent thought. Many listen to what others say and go along with what sounds best, yet refuse to take stock of their own life, their own ideas, their own thoughts. Many are bandwagon folk, and are tricked into thinking they actually think independently, thought it is often not the case. The school system does not teach how to think independently, rather what to think. People are sold ideas from the television, the internet, movies, newspapers, books, and all of these media are just feeding information from somebody's perspective. Then people become merely computers that generate information based on what they are fed without philosophical thought as to what is just as an individual in society or right for them as rational human beings. Plants have limited knowledge, whereby all they can do is accept sunlight, nutrients from the soil, and water. Every now and then you see some vegetation pushing through cement to get to ...

Every now and then you see some vegetation pushing through cement to get to that sunlight, and that's as far as they are able to go to sustain their own life. Animals are a step up from that in that they can actually hunt for their food. They are not limited to where they sprung up from the earth, they can actually travel to find food with which to sustain their life. Humans are a step up from that, in that we have the ability to think abstractly. We can reason out what is just, and right, and loving, and so forth. We have laws of logic that governs this reasoning. We can have a philosophical debate about the nature of eating animals. We can have a philosophical debate about the nature of love and justice. We are able to create, and invent, and enjoy many great things that we began forming out of the soil. We take elements from the ground and make airplanes. We take elements from the ground and build machines that connect us to humans on the other side of the planet. We take elements from the earth and make a vehicle that travels on the moon. We take elements from the earth and make objects that view other galaxies! But many are lazy and do not utilize the great mind we have, as the mere idea of thinking is too much of a bother. And that is a damned shame.
policies don't kill people ... people who implement policies kill people
