Democrats haven't necessarily gotten the credit they're due for the work they've done the last two years, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said.

Pelosi, in the middle of a tough campaign to defend Democrats' majority in the House — as well as her own Speakership — seemed to echo a complaint voiced by other Democrats, that obstacles have made it difficult for the party's message to get through.

Credit???

Credit is what those that are responsible get for their actions.

Taking the blame, taking responsibility for irresponsible actions is what many members of Congress should be doing (Republicans and Democrats) rather than asking for kudos.

I wonder if she is talking about these hideous spending bills the stimulous package which in reality saved nothing but put our nation so far into debt we will need another 60 years to dig out of it.Then this huge coveral insurance plant that is going to cost the American Public an estimated 6 to8 trillion dollars to just get started.What idle madnes have these idiot Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid & Barack Obama perpatrated on these United states of America.Programs that have rocked our very stability of the American Economy to the Pointe of Collapase sometime durring the First month of the comming year and we still have 24.3 million high wage earning Americans with no Jobs at all and another 7.3 million running out of unemployement just before Christmass.

Passing legislation nobody even read isn't something you deserve credit for as that's how Hitler took over the Weimar Republic... not by military force, but passing legislation no one read until dissenting voices found they had signed away their freedom to oppose the Nazi's altogether. Toss in Obama's abuse of the Presidential Executive Order and his secret deals with Big Pharma and Big Oil where no one in Congress or the Senate were involved or knew about them... I would say we are in big danger here. And to Democrats who will start saying "Oh here he is making another comparison with the Nazi's"... you won't hold power forever and the Republicans will have the same power when they regain control at some point in the future. The way you stop them from abusing these powers is to cut them NOW while you have the power.

Lead by example... don't lead by becoming everything you claimed to hate about the opposition when they were in power as one upping them only allows them to one up you when they regain power until one day someone one ups the other one time too many and we fall into dictatorship like all Republics eventually do!

Pelosi is a joke bragging about passing legislation we have to pass before anyone can read it... that's not Democracy folks, that's the way of dictatorsh...
