A Delaware pediatrician and his wife are facing several felony charges, including "first-degree reckless endangering," according to USA Today, quoting state police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Founier.
The 11-year-old, interviewed by detectives and state social workers didn't know why her father was punishing her. The daughter told police she "could never understand what she did to be punished" and felt scared. She went on to explain that her father, "would hold her face under running water, causing the water to fill her nostrils and over her face."
The incidents allegedly took place at the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathtub faucet, according to court records. Do you think prison would be punishment enough for the dad?

God bless that little girl and please pray that she gets placed with some people that will love and appreciate her.
The dude is sick in a majorly fashion.
However, the daughter and any other children they may have should be taken away permanently for their safety.
Okay, so IF the accusations are true, he should be surgically altered so that a flap of skin in his throat is constantly falling down and blocking his airway so that he has to struggle to breathe 24/7, and each night fear that he will die in his sleep.
I think that would be fair.
