that's the problem.... there's nothing different between any of these morons. all they do is make laws that go against laws they made the year before. Down the road from me a mega dairy build a 4000 head setup to code with ALL permits including EPA etc. well the state DNR tried to shut them down a couple months after startup because of some violation that was not a violation per EPA.
I think there needs to be a law that if any new laws are created 10 old laws MUST be abolished.
