How can Atheists hate god? We do not believe god exists. It is hard to hate something which does not exist. Of course, we do hate what the belief in god or gods does to SOME people and the evil they do because of this belief. I admire the work that Pamela Taylor does and detest the actions of Osama bin Laden, yet they are (were) both Muslims and believe they are serving the same god

Pat Robertson is way off base.

I remember when Robertson said the Jimmy Swaggart sex scandal was engineered by the White House for political gain, Lol, so I guess jimmy Swaggart really never did like to smell that prostitutes panties while she masterbated him, Lol
If one believes there is no God, how can you hate it?????
(atheism: the doctrine or belief that there is no God)
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. well unless you just plain stupid like Pat Robertson and the guy who shot all those Sikh's.
Pat Robertson, like many of our political leaders knows getting on the news and having your name told to millions of people is the best advertising free publicity can get you, Lol.
Don't matter if it's a lie, or if it's not true, all that matters is that people hear your name, and Pat Robertson is getting ready to make a move so he want's people to know who he is when he gets ready to do his dance for the lord.
Myself, I don't hate any Gods, but I do hate alot of people that prey to those Gods, and Pat Robertson is at the top of my list of bigots!
Prey on the other hand is a noun meaning one that is hunted or attacked and a verb meaning to hunt, catch, or eat as prey.
Pat Robertson is a "Preyer", that's for sure, Lol.
You are an astute observer, as not many would catch that meaning, lol.
Scary..
Lack of actually.
For an atheist to hate something, wouldn't they first have to believe in it? LOL
Cant hate something you dont believe in.
LOL
I myself am not an atheist, Im agnostic. Not choosing to participate in chartered fairytale organized religious sects and cults because someone tells me I can and permits me too (Catholic Church/Constitution) isn't the same as not believing in something that has no defining evidence of existence or the big bangs "trigger puller".
I mean - to me, that would be a little bit like saying I am a Libertarian - yet support Obama - comprende?
