Panetta: Obama Has Authority to Override Congress to Declare War

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says the President has the authority
to override Congress' exclusive power to declare war, if some "vital
interest" is at stake.

Please listen to SecDef Panetta's weasel-worded testimony very carefully; he is stating, in essence, that any President has the power to override the Congress' capability to declare war.

Apparently, in Panetta's mind, the Constitution , Bill of Rights, and the rule of law no longer exists.

I have a .243 and a .270 that were custom made stocks and i machined the actions with a Bridgeport milling machine and a lathe and they are dead nuts both are bolt action with 10 shell clips .and weaver scopes.George Soros is the animal firing up Obama. With out Soros Obama will wilt.

And probably why they're dead nuts on they're home made not mass produced stamped out crap someone puts their name on then charges an extra $300 cause it says Smith and Wesson or Ruger on it. I once new a guy who produced a 6 mm mag custom just that slight differential from the 7 mm made it hypersonic and even more deadlier then the mass production models this was back in the 80's mind you and don't know if anyone has stolen the idea since then. I'm no machinist far from it but I do enjoy things that go BOOM!! and will rip right through plate steel like a sharp knife going through soft butter

And by who's authority can he override the congress, utter bullcrap and they are spitting on the Constitution and he needs to step down. They have them there for a damned reason and this is the reason. And seeing as the congress and senate have done ZERO about this, it is up to the people to fire all of their asses and replace the lot of them.
