Panetta: Obama Has Authority to Override Congress to Declare War

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says the President has the authority
to override Congress' exclusive power to declare war, if some "vital
interest" is at stake.

Please listen to SecDef Panetta's weasel-worded testimony very carefully; he is stating, in essence, that any President has the power to override the Congress' capability to declare war.

Apparently, in Panetta's mind, the Constitution , Bill of Rights, and the rule of law no longer exists.

Well Irish i guess we have no choice about anything anymore. Apparently "They" are taking over.And they think we will stand for their insulance. And from what I have learned their may be no election. So we need to get people on the band wagon to take this country back.We let these idiots gain control not knowing where they were taking us. NOW WE KNOW!

Shock and awe. Something needs to happen on a 9/11 scale that everyone can have access to know. A US soldier killing a citizen or a predator drone killing an innocent person. I would hope that's all it would take.

Nothing comes to mind that would bring that much shock. I find it funny the parallels one can draw from the movie "V for Vendetta" and our country's current status. Where they used a virus to steal liberty, our government uses terrorism...

Well of course he does we've already been sold out to the UN. Looking beyond the wall of smoke you will find Obama sitting at the table with the UN security counsel with a halo around his head. He was implanted by the UN to do exactly what he's doing now with total disregard to anything the people want or need. The news media also backing the UN and Obama will never let the truth be known.Whether Obama wins or Romney wins the next election really makes no difference.The wheels that have been set in motion will continue to roll until "We The People" revolt . Hence the need for all that newly purchased ammo. There will be a need once the rest of the country figures it out.

Actually it's a smart move for Soros think about it Obama has been the best gun salesman in history. Georgie Boy would be a fool to close down shop because someone else would just come in right behind him. Back in the day I had some friends who built custom rifle any caliber in their garages, Including machining their own barrels developing their own caliber bullets or you could have a custom made variation made for around $5000.00 not mass produced but one of the finest rifles I've ever seen or fired
