JERUSALEM (AP) -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Wednesday that U.S. statements of solidarity with Israel and its assurances that military strikes are still an option aren't working to convince Iran that the West is "serious about stopping them" from developing nuclear weapons.

Standing with a visiting Leon Panetta, Netanyahu dismissed the U.S. defense chief's counsel to give diplomacy more time to halt Iran's nuclear program.

Growing up, one of my best friends were Jewish, he was pretty cool. We moved away but I always remembered my lil chums, that's life sometimes. Heck, I even met Steven Speilberg once, he was really cool and I believe that he thought I was Jewish, lol.

Well, I think that we have overcome our differences, finally, and I think that a lot of it was a misunderstanding. Still, I hope that he chooses to find a better way to express his support especially towards those with differing opinions. Anyway, I think that he and I are done with this, which is fine.
