When Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin arrived backstage for our NEWSWEEK Women & Leadership Event in Los Angeles last March, John McCain had just wrapped up the GOP nomination. Palin had yet to endorse McCain—she liked Mitt Romney—and as we waited in the green room, I urged her to "feel free" to make some news on stage. She grinned broadly—looking back, I guess it was a grin of the Cheshire Cat variety—and thanked me for the offer.
Once onstage, together with Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano, Palin talked about what women expect from women leaders; how she took charge in Alaska during a political scandal that threatened to unseat the state's entire Republican power structure, and her feelings about Sen. Hillary Clinton. (She said she felt kind of bad she couldn't support a woman, but she didn't like Clinton's "whining.")

She's a two faced politician.
Little miss super conservative has no standing to make a judgement call like that on a woman like Sen. Clinton. We will see who the whiner is, she is being used.View thread

What????
What????
It's like she had nothing really to say about Hillary, so she just repeated the same things over and over again. Is this the kind of thing we would have to look forward to if McCain/Palin wins the Whitehouse?

She's a two faced politician.
What????
Now, can we talk about timeline vs. time horizon?
ROFLMAO
A bit off topic, if you'll allow me, once we have been asked to leave a country by a duly elected government of a sovereign country (especially when we argue our reason for being that country is to bring democracy to same), we are not "liberators", we are, in fact, occupiers.
Yes, we may very well leave sooner than later, when the Iraqi troops can support themselves.
Is it not the Iraqi government's call as to when they feel their troops can support themselves? We do not run the Iraqi goverment, or at least one would hope not.
What????
Mark my words.
McCain made a nasty boo boo, that will not heal in the coming weeks and months.

She acknowledges Respect and Admiration for Hillary's strength to be firm and to push her goals. The whole vid must be taken into perspective.
the broadcast, as Kay presented it, displays a definite pause.. ie tampered.. so the context of the slur is questionable at best.. the slurs not ever from the lips of Palin... blah blah blah.. a typical smear tactic by Kay, that blew up in her face on her own poll, unless she's now populated it with fellow bots..
If this is going to blow up on anybody, it's not going to be Kay.
And about the "fellow bots" remark... go get yourself a glass of moose juice. That's what I hear you're all drinking these day.
I don't believe it!
