~Here Comes The Sun~ 2012/08/21 15:57:21

Pakistani police have arrested a mentally disabled 11-year-old girl after a mob accused her of desecrating pages of the Koran.

Officials said the girl could not properly answer police questions.

You have the right to worship the Koran, the Bible or whatever and not be judged by it, they have the right to use their pages and wipe their ass with it... Another great example of religious degenerates, the sad part is most of these people are illiterate and base their beliefs on what their loony religious leaders tell them. The same but with politics... I don't care what your god says or looks like or what he preaches, the pages of these books are good for one thing and it's to be burned once and for all... God didn't write any scripture in a book any more then my but hole smells like roses, no man has the right to claim that his religious book is the truth of god above anyone else, i'ts all inked and pressed on a sheet of paper that the ultimate diety of the cosmos would have no use for, if what he is he is and he is... Muslims this, Christians that... Your all the same...

Freedom of belief is a good. Respecting other people regardless of their beleif is great.

You are free to believe or disbelieve .. but you're not free to be disrespectful of people of other beliefs, because that causes others to be disrepsectful of you and clash might occur, that's why we are taught from childhood to be respectful with others and don't do things that offend others.

Wiping your bottom with a piece of holly paper wouldn't make you a hero, it will only offend someone and might cause God to punish you ... Toilet paper was made for that reason.

Holly scriptures was made to be read and sacred. ...don't want to believe? ... you're free!

I never said I don't believe in God, God is holy, not the paper,,, Paper has nothing to do with God... Typical religious fanatic, assuming things I never said without realizing that nobody actually wipes their asses with scripture but a figure of speech to express a point.

God didn't write any scripture in a book any more then my but hole smells like roses, no man has the right to claim that his religious book is the truth of god above anyone else, i'ts all inked and pressed on a sheet of paper that the ultimate diety of the cosmos would have no use for... It's the actions behind the word that counts, not ink... Go preach respect to the people who would make suffer a disabled eleven year old girl for what you say she has the right to believe but evidently she doesn't... God spits on religion, religion is of man, God is beyond... God needs no religion... You do, your weak, lost and pitiful, childish and immature with your religions you who calls itself humanity... I don't have to believe that there is a God, I know there is a God and your churches, temples, mosques and governments will get their proper judgement due for the lies, suffering and power ego trips you have laid upon the world and it's people. Shame on all of you... Or I wouldn't be who I am, quote the Raven...

Hey Hay, - Just for giggles I Googled "muslim praised for...". Nothing really relevant came up. I looked up Muslim philanthropy, Muslim charity, Muslim forgiveness; and the only things that came up were articles in which Muslims were the object of philanthropy, charity, or forgiveness.

Sweeping generalization? Quick Hay, what group was responsible for the last beheading in the news? OK, that was a tricky one. How about, in all the world, what group will stone the victim of rape to death? Don't like that one either? OK, Under what pretense does Iran justify it's desire to wipe Israel from the face of the Earth?

As expected, you know too little --Seriously? looking for facts on the internet: the virtual world, that's full of lies and sick fantasies?

If you really, really "were" interested in facts about Islam and Muslims, you would have asked in real life.... but you already said you were "searching for giggles" not for the truth!

The truth that you know at the back of your mind is that Islam has been there in the world for thousands of years and the 1,500,000,000 Muslims who live all over the world are among the most decent religious people in the entire universe.

Also, I don't care about your political views, that's just irrelevant.

Funny you should say that Hay. I went to visit a new neighbor a while back. Actually, it turned out to be a three families of new neighbors. Muslims. You see their children would throw rocks at me when I walked by with my dog. I went there to talk to the parents about it. I never did get to talk to the parents. Three adults were screaming at me (presumably in Arabic) and wielding sticks, long poles of some kind. Later that day I was visited by the police and threatened with a restraining order.

Now, Hay, stick those facts where the sun don't shine.

Oh! those are really mean and bad neighbors, but that doesn't prove anything.

You don't mean that all Muslims are bad, do you?

Not the same sweep generalization mistake again, Scott.

I mean that every experience I've had personally, witnessed, read in the paper or seen on TV is negative. That consistency is not MY fault.

Your arrogant dismissal of my premise and unwillingness to recognize that Islam has at the very least a PR problem doesn't help either.

But, admitting mistakes isn't Islam's long suit either.
  • Haytham Scott 2012/08/22 13:49:38

Your narrow view to Islam and Muslim and your intolerance of the others is absolutely YOUR fault ...

It's not the Muslims' fault that you immerse yourself in media that brainwash you and fill you with hate towards those you know nothing about.

The truth is: people are scared of what they don't know, and people are envious of what they can't conquere" ... this pretty much says everything.

I see. So, the poor public image of Islam is MY fault. Got ya. And, if I'm the only one that feels that way, I guess the problem is minimal. I don't that's the case however.

My view of Islam is being enhanced with our discussion! Do you think you've represented Islam well? You know all fluffy and peaceful and loving? Or, do you think you've come across as closed minded, argumentative, and accusatory?

From my point of view, my encounter with you has only served to further solidify my negative opinions of Islam. Is it my fault too that you've been such a douche?
  • Haytham Scott 2012/08/22 19:02:12

In every comment, you are proving my point. You're judgemental and stereotypical towards those you hate and couldn't tolerate.

To let you know, of course I am not "loving and peaceful" towards rude people and haters. I am peaceful with those who are peaceful with me!

I don't care that you're not the only brainwashed one in the entire world. I've seen worse than you.

I am judgmental of the words you have written to me - period. And those words have been rude, arrogant and negative right out of the chute.

If you can't handle the truth, then you shouldn't jump into conversations and be such a turd.

The truth that you know at the back of your head is that you mock Muslims for no sane reason ... may be for fun, out of bigotry, I am not sure.

If you can't be respectful and tolerant of others, don't expect others to be tolerant of you.

Listen Sparky, up until Sept 11, 2011 I knew nothing about Muslims or Islam. Oh I had heard of Muhammad, and Islam, but never gave it a second thought. I knew Antarctica existed too, but never felt a need to know much more than that.

Since 9/11 Muslims have pushed Islam center stage on the world for no sane reason ... "may be for fun, out of bigotry, I am not sure."

I get no pleasure from my distrust of Islam. I learned it from daily exposure to Islam, mostly in the news, but as mentioned earlier, also in my personal experience. My distrust and intolerance of Islam then was TAUGHT to me by (wait for it...) Muslims.

One of the things I've already learned about Muslims is that they have already been trained to be intolerant of me as well. (Frankly, they don't seem to like anybody - even each other.) I'm not at all offended by that. I don't give a rat's behind about Islam, Muslims or Muhammad. Until, at least you start messing with me or my friends.

Have a blessed Day Hay. And here's a little free advice; if you want and expect others to respect you, respect them.

9/11 was zionist job, everybody knows that already, wake up and smell coffee!

I clearly mentioned that I couldn't care less about your hate and intolerance of Islam and Muslims. You are among the tiny sector that think with the sweeping generalization and judgemental for no apparent reason except may be nigotry or media brainwashin.

Before you judge 1 500 000 000 Muslims who live in peace and prosperity all around the world, think twice.

Have a nice day, you too.
I wish if all people were respectful, that's my wish.

A Zionist job? So, you're saying that the 19 hijackers affiliated with al-Qaeda were actually Jewish?

That's a tough sell Hay, and if you allow yourself to believe that, then I doubt that you would allow my truth into your brain.

The Mossad did the terrorist attack from A to Z to justify and convince Americans to invade Iraq. It's along story. That was scientifically proven using computer simulation and some other investigations; the results showed that the planes cannot blow a huge tower such as the WTC and there were heavy explosives planted inside the building. And the inside of the building was not accessible except for very important people, which are the zionist owners.

Haven't you seen the molten iron?
    http://www.sodahead.com/unite...

Anyway, I wouldn't call it a "Jewish" job, it's rather known as "Zionist job" ... everyone knows how racist and criminal the zionists are, they have the most powerful air forces in the world. Osama bin laden the cave-man cannot do such a sophisticated job, the zionists can and did.
  • Scott Haytham 2012/08/24 20:29:39
    Scott
Actually Hay, it wasn't all that sophisticated. At the time, anyone willing to sacrifice his own life could have done it with the aid of a couple friends.

    Get in the plane
    Take over the plane
    Crash into a building.

We've reached a point now where your credibility is suspect. I think you have some of your own bigotry issues to deal with.

LOL I actually laughed out loud reading this. In fact, Military operations are not as easy as you might expect, it's not like "how to put a Giraffe inside a freidge":

    1) open the fridge door.
    2) put the Giraffe inside the fridge.
    3) close the fridge door.

Okay, so now we come to an end, believe what you want.

    end of conversation.#

    Good bye.

Today's news - Seventeen villagers beheaded by Taliban in southern Afghanistan.

    More zionists?
  • Haytham Scott 2012/08/27 17:54:49
    Haytham
    Yes, it's the zionists fault.

Zionists lied to the UN and convinced them that Afghanistan needs "violence" to end up the violence in Afghanistan due to Afghani national political clashes, and that was very big mistake the UN did. They should never listen to the zionists again. The wars on Iraq and Afghanistan should have never been made in the first place, you cannot treat violence with violence.

You can not fight fire with fire ... there needs to be someone who is sane and could resolve the problem without more violence.

Can you imagine yourself living in a country where the American troops shoot your village by airstrikes and your innocent civilian relatives die everyday? This can make you a terrorist, people have feelings! People are not machines!
