Pakistan blocks Twitter because of material offensive to Islam

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan blocked the social networking website Twitter on Sunday because it refused to remove material considered offensive to Islam, said one of the country's top telecommunications officials.The material was promoting a competition on Facebook to post images of Islam's Prophet Muhammad, said Mohammad Yaseen, chairman of the Pakistan Telecommunication's Authority. Many Muslims regard depictions of the prophet, even favourable ones, as blasphemous.
Yaseen said Facebook agreed to address Pakistan's concerns about the competition, but officials have failed to get Twitter to do the same.
"We have been negotiating with them until last night, but they did not agree to remove the stuff, so we had to block it," said Yaseen....

Sauds , the royals.. the enforcers of islam/shari'a ... have a low opinion of all humanity except for themselves.. and thus it travels in a downward spiral .. and at the bottom of the spiral? Females.. children, blacks, and non muslims.
Our president . who claims , depending on who is listeningand may throw monetary ( gas money aka zakat or tax for islam support/booty ) support his way , he is either an illegal Kenyan national or an american.. or he is either muslim or christian ... and he bows to the Sauds and is forcing us all to bow to them and die to protect their money/oil OPEC/UAE..
He needs to go out of USA and back to Kenya to his muslim Luo tribe which loves islam/shari'a in which humans are still enslaved .
