ROFLMAO!!!
I have live near Orlando most of my life. It is LUDICROUS that Orlando is THAT dangerous. LOL
I will say we get a lot of car accidents here, however, that is expected when you have as many international tourists (who are not even required to take a driver's test) and national tourists that do NOT know the roads and the traffic laws.
I can't tell you the number of times I have driven by the airport (OIA) and seen someone driving the wrong direction on the HIGHWAY EXITS. I will say, I have PERSONALLY almost been in 2 head on collisions due to IDIOT TOURISTS.
However, once you get out of TouristLand (ie, the Disney area), you get into the Orlando driving that the rest of us know. If they are driving bad they usually have Jersey Plates. ROFLMAO!!!

Now that Mexico has been crossed off of most college kids’ lists of spring break destinations due to the whole killing of three Americans there recently and a warning from Texas officials to stay away due to drug cartel violence, where will revelers be heading?
We’ll tell you where they shouldn’t go: Orlando. Despite its sunny reputation as the land of Mickey Mouse and the home of the “World’s Most Famous Beach,” a new survey by the website Avvo.com – which features listings of doctors and lawyers – found that Orlando is the most dangerous place to visit for spring break. After analyzing crime and accident stats (including reported murders, rapes, other violent crimes and car crashes) and a listing of the most popular destinations, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Orlando is No. 1 on the list of the deadliest getaways.
The Florida city was followed on the tally by northern neighbor Daytona Beach, then Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, S.C., West Palm Beach, Texas’ South Padre Island and New Orleans. Also making the top 20: Panama City, Jacksonville, Miami, Ft. Myers, Galveston, Fort Lauderdale and Arizona’s favorite hedonistic destination, Lake Havasu.
As you might imagine, the folks in Florida are not happy about the ranking, with Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood telling CFN News 13 that only two murders have been committed during spring break in his city, in 2007 and 2009.
"We're not known as a violent city,” Chitwood said. “Eighty percent of all the crime that occurs in Daytona Beach is a property crime -- a burglary, a car break, identity theft, auto theft."
Does this news make you rethink your plans to go to Orlando for spring break?

Nice, I didn't know they had mountains in Florida.
Oh... And I want a picture with Hook too...
I'd of gone if I could!
Second: Is Orlando a dangerous place because of local "bad elements" or are the spring breakers themselves the cause of the danger?
I'm curious if anyone has info that would explain this. If so, please share - thanks.
which shows soda head , once again, missed the boat on a post....
