Oops. Star of Pro-Obama Ad: 'Obama is a Jerk, Lightweight'

Donnie Box is being featured in a Priorities USA attack ad against Mitt Romney. Sure he is not a fan of Mitt Romney but he does not like Barack Obama either.

This speaks of desperation. Obama's surrogates must be so desperate to find someone against Romney that they didn't bother finding out what his thoughts were of Obama.

"I could really care less about Obama...I think Obama is a jerk, a pantywaist, a lightweight, a blowhard. He hasn't done a goddamn thing that he said he would do. When he had a Democratic Senate and Democratic Congress, he didn't do a damn thing. He doesn't have the guts to say what’s on his mind."

Box was a steelworker that lost his job at GS Technologies, a company that was restructured and turned profitable by Romney's Bain Capital. I feel sad that Box lost his job but without Romney, this company would not have been able to survive.

Read this and understand business: "The price of GST's electricity and natural gas skyrocketed. The union dug in, refusing to make concessions. By April 1997, it was on strike, shooting bottle rockets at guards. Labor costs spiked, and by 1999 GSI was reporting $53 million in net losses."

Now, how does a company that was going under, get sold, reach a profit then gets hit by market variables and losses expect to remain competitve stay open? When Bain had purchased the mill they were down to less than 1000 out of a high of 4500 and the owners were looking at selling or closing...they sold. Bain gave this plant a chance.....

The Hypocrisy of Obama’s Bain Bundler

    By Robert Costa

    May 14, 2012 10:05 A.M.

As Katrina reports, Mitt Romney left Bain Capital in 1999 to manage the Winter Olympics, two years before GST Steel declared bankruptcy. But that hasn’t stopped President Obama from blaming him for the company’s 2001 collapse. In a new Obama campaign video, ex-steel workers criticize Romney for being “out of touch” with the “average working person.” Left unmentioned (and blameless) is Jonathan Lavine.

Lavine, according to the Los Angeles Times, is a top Obama bundler and a managing director at Bain Capital. Lavine, who has raised over $100,000 for the president, was at the firm when GST Steel declared bankruptcy. So according to the Obama team’s logic, Romney, who had left Bain, is responsible for GST Steel’s demise, but Lavine, who was there, is not? Expect to hear more about this connection.

The truth is that Romney was not at the helm of GST when it was put into bankruptcy. That would be big-time Obama supporter/bundler Jonathan Lavine. So the Obama ads portraying Romney as the guy who lost those GST steelworkers their jobs is an outright lie. ("My name is Barack Obama and I approved this lie!)

They seem desperate in a lot of ways. But they might also be digging in for a physical siege!
