One of Mitt Romney's Companies Made Millions Disposing of Fetuses From Abortion Clinics. RAVE if you Think Christians Are Hypocrites For Supporting Him.

"That Bain Capital investment in Stericycle, a medical-waste company that helps to dispose of aborted fetuses? When Huffington Postreported on it earlier this year, Bain officials insisted that Mitt Romney, the currently pro-life Republican presidential candidate, had already left Bain when it happened, in 1999. But a trove of financial filings uncovered by Mother Jonesappears to show the very opposite:

The SEC filing lists assorted Bain-related entities that were part of the deal, including Bain Capital (BCI), Bain Capital Partners VI (BCP VI), Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors (a Bermuda-based Bain affiliate), and Brookside Capital Investors (a Bain offshoot). And it notes that Romney was the "sole shareholder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BCI, BCP VI Inc., Brookside Inc. and Sankaty Ltd."

The document also states that Romney "may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with respect to" 2,116,588 shares of common stock in Stericycle "in his capacity as sole shareholder" of the Bain entities that invested in the company ...

Another SEC document filed November 30, 1999, by Stericycle also names Romney as an individual who holds "voting and dispositive power" with respect to the stock owned by Bain.

For someone who wasn't involved at all in the Stericycle investment, Romney's name sure shows up on a lot of Stericycle-related documents! Because back in 1999, there would have been no reason for Romney to not invest in the fetus-disposal industry. After all, abortion is legal, aborted fetuses exist, and whatever Stericycle does with them — turns them into bicycles, we're guessing? — is probably better than tossing them in a dump somewhere. Plus, Romney was a pro-choice, soon-to-be governor of Massachusetts, where the state motto is literally "Abortions: Ain't Nothin' Wrong With That!" He was probably focused more on the millions upon millions of dollars the investment would net him, and not how awkward it would make life for New Mitt. But Old Mitt had a way of being selfish like that."

So my real choice is between a candidate who owned a company that disposed of medical waste, including aborted fetuses.

And a candidate who voted to kill babys who survived abortion, and who currently supports abortion and takes donations from abortionist and abortion supporters?

Or just stay home and hope the "better candidate wins"?

Since I'm going to be dirty either of three ways, I'll just support Romney/Ryan anyway over the bigger spender.

You WISH it was a NON-Issue. lol Romney was stone cold BUSTED lying about this issue.

"Moreover, in 1999, Bain and Romney both described his departure from Bain not as a resignation and far from absolute. On February 12, 1999, the Boston Herald reported, "Romney said he will stay on as a part-timer with Bain, providing input on investment and key personnel decisions." And a Bain press release issued on July 19, 1999, noted that Romney was "currently on a part-time leave of absence"-and quoted Romney speaking for Bain Capital. In 2001 and 2002, Romney filed Massachusetts state disclosure forms noting he was the 100 percent owner of Bain Capital NY, Inc.-a Bain outfit that was incorporated in Delaware on April 13, 1999-two months after Romney's supposed retirement from the firm. A May 2001 filing with the SEC identified Romney as "a member of the Management Committee" of two Bain entities. And in 2007, the Washington Post reported that R. Bradford Malt, a Bain lawyer, said Romney took a "leave of absence" when he assumed the Olympics post and retained sole ownership of the firm for two more years."

That and the fact that Bain completely divested itself of all Stericycle investments a full year before Stericycle picked up the Planned Parenthood contract in 2003.
But hey! Never let the facts get in the way of a great smear, am I right?

You're missing the point Turkey Vulture. Romney is pro-life, including through rape and incest. To be involved in a business that goes against Romney's values is highly hypocritical, especially since he makes money for it.

When he ran against EMK for the senate he was pro-choice, but he's changed that now because of the extremism coming from the right and he doesn't want to lose his base.

Morgue's, morticians and funeral director's aren't running for president either.

If you claim to be against abortion providers but then you have a company that makes millions off the abortion industry disposing of aborted fetuses it is called HYPOCRISY ?
    deedeedee

AND PS, The Holy Bible clearly says that Abortion is NOT Murder:

THE CREATOR says a fetus is not the same as a person. THE CREATOR says the penalty for killing a person is life-for-life, but the penalty for killing a fetus is "a fine."

"If men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she has a miscarriage, yet there is no further injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman’s husband may demand of him, and he shall pay as the judges decide. 23 But if there is any further injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise." Do you volunteer yourself to meet the needs of a community. These fetuses as well as cancerous legs removed by amputation, how ab out rotten diseased teeth, appendicts or breast cancer victims need to be disposed of.Our communities have a need.!!!If you wont "volunteer free of salary" to do the job.....other arrangements will needed.I wouldn't want the job if well paid, but if I met the need and did the disposing of and dealing with....I have and you have a right to be paid..Can't just pile all such waste behind the doctors office(surgeons).......I am glad it was Mitt Romney instead of McDonalds or Burger King.Horriffic job, but something must be done....The Democrats platform stands for these abortions, you won't find it listed on the Republicans platform. The Democrats also "believe and support" gay marriage.I am sure God does not look kindly on that either.Wha ca think?

No, the democratic platform doesn't stand for abortion, they stand for it being the woman's decision and not gov't! I really wish you so-called republicans/conservatives would understand NO ONE is for abortion.. The democratic party wants to cut down on them and to make sure they're not done in backroom should it be the woman's choice! The democratic party promotes the "IDEA" of educating people about sex so the number of abortions are minimal! If anything, it's the ridiculous republican platform that causes more of these abortions, so if you want to blame someone you might want to look to your own party! And don't kid yourself by trying to speculate what god would think...
