So once again the shooter was some white power Nazi with a gripe against anyone who is not white.
Wade Michael Page you will not be missed.
When will America wake up and make hate groups like the KKK,White supremacist/nationalists and New Black Panthers illegal.
Most western countries it is illegal to be a member of these kind of groups.
To me these groups are no better then gangs.
They act the same as any gang I have seen.

So should all nationalist groups be considered gangs and force to follow anti gang laws.
Or should we step it up even higher and call them terrorists and send them to Guantanamo?

Oh, so you want to lock up people who have a different opinion? So much for the first amendment.

As long as the gang doesn't do harm to others they should not be locked up.

These groups are gangs. But association within them is still protected under your constitutional right to freedom of expression. Once you break the law, however, you have to do the time. You can't regulate or legislate away hate. You can only challenge it by teaching love and kindness.

Even Hitler said the only way we could have stopped him was to kick his ass in the beginning.

You can't restrict the constitutional rights of a few without also restricting them for everyone. Even groups that are classified as "hate" groups, aren't breaking the law unless they are proven to be engaged in violence, terrorism, or conspiracies to commit them. Once you go down a path of "pre" indicting groups because you think its members will eventually commit crimes, you're opening that door for all kinds of groups to be treated in the same fashion. It's a path to a proverbial hell paved with good intentions...

Of course we know they have. I've seen the studies and the data at the southern poverty law center same as anyone else who's wanted to know about this stuff. I'm not condoning it, nor do I support their eggregious beliefs. But I do support their right to assemble as is their constitutional right. Once they break the law, though, all bets are off. The problem here (legally) is indicting the group for the actions of 1 or several people. If you can legally prove that the group as a whole had anything to do with the planning of crimes carried out by 1 member then you've got a good shot at indicting and arresting others within the organization.
