On day of contempt vote Eric Holder skips town, heads to Disneyworld

True, they can't arrest him but the charges can be used to remove him from his position and if it is determined that his actions directly contributed to the death of Brian Terry, they can turn this over to legal authorities who do have the power to arrest him.

Tell me something, are you a leftwing extremist? A Socialist and essentially everything the political right says about the political left... or are you an American first?

If you say you are an American, you can view this as being a political witch hunt... but then, we do have a man who was killed as a result of actions Eric Holder may be involved in.

As for the right, it is possibly political for them... no different than the left wanting to go after Bush and Cheney was political but most on the left saw that as justified not because they believed they would get the two men convicted of anything... but because they were motivated by political reasons.

Because a man died as a result of these actions and how this idiotic Fast & Furious program was handled, Eric holder may have put thousands of guns in the hands of the very criminal element he is sworn to stop... that alone is enough to call him incompetent, but when deaths are caused by this program he's involved in, then it becomes something different where this man is getting people killed through his actions.

If he is innocent of wrong doing as you claim, then step forward and cooperate as if there's nothing to hide and this is a joke as you claim... then he has nothing to worry about.

Prove the Republicans wrong rather than giving them something they can use to win election victories in 2012 with. Suspicion has done a lot of damage to the Democrats because for all the lefts claims of innocence, laughing things off and attacking the Republicans... all it's done is inflamed their voting base and pushed Moderates and rightwing Democrats to support them. All this BS from the left has done is serve to split your party against itself as Obama hasn't spent four years trying to win Republican support, he's spent four years trying to put his political party back together after idiot Progressives and Liberals went on the attack against Republicans unifying them and inflaming them to vote where you also went too far by attacking rightwing Democrats splitting your party against itself.

The Democrats are an extremely weak political party because the Republicans are almost 100% rightwing where you are left right and center... while they unite giving them majority control over the country for the past 40 years, every damn time the Democrats gain power they fall against one another, split their party against itself and give power back to Republicans in the next election cycle. The rightwing Democrats aren't splitting the Democrats against one another... it's the leftwing Democrats who instead of fixing the country like they brag they're gonna do, they get bogged down with hatred trying to get even with Conservatives and rightwingers for all the years the left was out of power.

You play right into their hands with issues like this with Holder because YOU are the one playing politics and they're the ones coming off concerned about the death of Brian Terry. You can argue they don't give a damn and it's all politics... but at least they seem concerned about the death where you brush the whole thing off as a joke.

You would be acting just like the rightwingers. So maybe it is political... and you're going to be on the losing side because the average American is alarmed by this fiasco and they want something done about it so those accountable are brought to justice.
