"OMG. This might just be the moment Mitt Romney lost the election. Wow." - Red State Founder...

flaca BN-0 2012/08/09 00:13:17
so tweeted right-wing commentator Red State founder Erick Erickson following a comment by a Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul in response to a question from a constituent whose wife died after he was laid off from a Bain takeover.

"To that point, if people had been in Massachusetts, under Governor Romney's health care plan, they would have had health care."

Rush Limbaugh and others are literally jumping up and down at this huge faux pas: basically touting Romneycare, now known as Obamacare.

The lady died 3 years after the layoffs at Bain, but it was the response that has the republicans up in arms.

Romney. and his campaign, are so twisted in knots trying to speak around all of the flip-flops, lies, and inconsistencies, they don't know what to do. You've got to feel sorry for those trying to advocate for a guy that's taken every side of every issue. Literally, for every point this guy makes, there's video, audio, or documentation of him saying the opposite. After a while, it becomes very difficult to keep the lies straight.

It goes to show, sometimes when a Republican talks, they slip up and tell the truth.

Funny how Romneycare was an achievement when he was running for president in 2008, and now it is verboten to even mention it after Mitt babbled about repealing Obamacare immediately after the SCOTUS decision. Another big oops campaign moment on Fox News of all places setting the righty bloggers and Limbaugh into apoplectic fits. LOL.

LOL. That's priceless. Could you provide a link to the article.

As you know, the right is on a crusade to destroy the ad at all costs, saying that there was some health coverage allotted to the woman when she was sick.

So, this would just shut them up, fully, if I could prove it ever happened.

another Romney campaign mis-step and he hasn't even offically been nominated. He may be out of the race before the convention

As I said many times. His ship is sunk before it's even left the dock.
