O.J. Simpson Jury is All White: Is this racism in the court house?

This is something that bothered me at the original OJ trial (where he got away with murder) and apparently it's happening again: Bringing up the man's race. He got off because his lawyer, Johnny Cochrane, used it as a defense. How ludicrous - OJ's ex-wife was white!
Now, if OJ is found guilty (which God grant!) and is sentenced to LIFE in prison, his defense will use race, saying it was an all-white jury.
Guys, you can't have it both ways --- you can't demand absolute, color-blind equality and then, when it's given to you, cry RACISM when it doesn't go your way, whether that "it" is admission into college or a fighting for your freedom after committing a crime. It's either one or the other, not both.
In OJ's case, I don't care what color he is --- he killed his ex-wife and her companion. He got away with it not because of race but because he was told NOT to take his arthritis medication the day before the infamous trying on of the gloves. The gloves didn't fit NOT because they weren't his but because his hands were swollen so m uch he couldn't have fit into boxing gloves. And since he was acquitted, he can never be tried again. And 2 people who were murdered by this savage will never get true justice.
If he's found guilty of this new crime, he'll do time (a LOT of time, I hope) and those of us who KNOW he was guilty of the murder, will feel that, at last, there's a bit of justice. I don't care if this guy was the greatest football player of all time - he should not have gotten special treatment in 1995 and he shouldn't get it now. OJ, what's your number? No, not 32. It'll be the number on the left side of your PRISON UNIFORM!

His team of lawyers had just has many votes to seat jurors as the D.A.'s office did. If they did not want an all white jury, they should have spoken up and said so. Both teams of lawyers review and question every juror. Every juror is given a questionaire in a trial of this nauture. This is such a high profile case, due to the nature of who O.J. is these jurors were surely run through the mill before 12 jurors were seated and two alternates were picked. Both sides had equal opportunity to say yea or nay on each juror. Both sides picked the jury they thought was best for O.J.'s defense. If the jury comes back with an innocent verdict, then O.J.'s defense team will think it was a wonderful defense strategy. If the jury returns a guilty verdict, then one of their arguments for an appeal will, of course, be that he had an all whilte jury. It's a game they all play. O.J. has been guilty of murder for years. Luckily, his DNA evidence was not admissable in his murder trial. He now thinks he can get away with anything. If you watch Fox cable news network, they think he is going to get away with this one, white jury or no white jury, so I don't really think this is relevant!
Do you not think that an "all white jury" is capable of making an unbiased decision when it comes to judging O.J.? Do you not think that they are capable of looking at the crime and not the color of the man? Why does EVERYTHING have to come down to the color of one's skin??? When he was a football hero everyone loved O.J. no matter the color of his skin, why can't he be judged accordingly? America has become obsessed with asking these "race" questions. Why does this have to be a racial issue? Why do you not think he can be judged according to the crime he committed? It's no wonder racism never dies in America!
I am just wondering what his defense will be when he stands before his Maker. He will be a weak man then. God is a just and holy God and O.J. is a liar, murderer, and a thief. Unless he repents, he is a lost soul condemned to an eternity of hell. I personally, would not want to be O.J. He will have no defense team that day, other than himself!
