O.J. claims he has brain cancer and wants a pardon so he can die at home instead of in prison. The 66-year-old felon wrote to President Obama begging for a presidential pardon.
President Obama can pardon anyone at anytime. Nobody can reverse or suspend a presidential pardon. Should the president pardon O.J. Simpson?
