Herman Cain confirmed Monday evening that he is aware of a payment made to a woman who claims he sexually harassed her while he was CEO of the National Restaurant Association, after denying any knowledge of the case earlier in the day.

“My general counsel said this started out where she and her lawyer were demanding a huge financial settlement…I don’t remember a number,” he said in an interview with Greta van Susteren, according to a transcript published by Byron York.

There are a lot more reasons not to support Cain without this allegation being made. He wasn't going to be the republican nominee anyway.

It gets worse, when confronted with his changed statements he said, You can't expect a person to remember everything from 10-12 years ago. A CEO charged with sexual harassment signs the settlement for it does not remember, not in my world.

There are a lot more reasons not to support Cain without this allegation being made. He wasn't going to be the republican nominee anyway.

Or using his race as many here are doing. I'm glad you decided to take the high road. Everyone in this race should be judged on their merits, or lack thereof.
