Important note: While this particular bill was rejected, the fact remains that microchipping of civillians was still the intent.
So please do NOT bother replying with snopes articles which are less than honest and selective in their relaying of the evidence, which you can read for *yourself* in the link to the official bill below.

H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001, paragraph 1.

The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

Page 1004 reads: “Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment”. This would be March 23rd 2013 that Americans will all be required to have an RFID chip underneath your skin.

Below is a summary of the following pages of the bill:

Page 58:The link to your electronic medical records which is the Class II implantable device will also be linked to your bank account.

Pages 155-158:It is mandated that you have health insurance or you will pay $100.00 dollars per day that you are not covered.

Page 159:The IRS will enforce healthcare enrolment and fines for not caring health insurance.

Page 503:Medical device surveillance is authorized.

Pages 1001-1002: A national medical device registry is created and populated with devices. Chiefly noted among them, a Class II medical device that is implantable.

Pages 1002-1004: Mandates the use of class II implantable devices to serve as the link between you and your electronic medical records.

Page 1005:The secretary of human services will establish the procedures for the linking of the Class II implantable device and electronic medical records.

Page 1006:Without regard to whether or not final regulations are in place, you will be required to get a Class II implantable device linked to your medical records and bank account in order to participate in the government healthcare plan.

Page 1007:Secretary of health and human services is given full power to intact all items required in the creation of the registry as well as the power to dictate how the devises listed in the National Medical Device Registry are to be used and implemented.

These claims on the internet also reference a medical device registry found in HR 3200, “America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009.” This reference is moot because that bill never became law.

The bill that was passed by Congress is HR 3590, “the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.” A search of the text of the actual law (http://www.opencongress.org/... turns up no language similar to that of HR 3200. NONE. For example, the word “implant” is not found in the bill.

Moreover, the medical device registry referenced in the failed HR 3200 simply created a registry of all devices “used in or on a patient.” In other words, this registry would include all medical devices (e.g. pacemakers, dialysis machines, blood pressure monitors, and maybe even bedpans).

The way I understand the bill is that they will START the process for implanting everyone in 2013, nit that the project has to be completed by then.

Even with enthusiastic government bureaucrats pushing this thing as fast as they can, it will take a decade or more to fully implement.

They will start by convincing the stupid among us that it is a free benefit of 0bamacare, millions will do it with no resistance.
