Occupy arrests have exceeded 7,000

Opinionated-Conservative 2012/05/08 15:00:34
So many people claim that the Occupy Movement is a peaceful movement and that the criminal activity is minimal. 7000 people have been arrested from the Occupy movement, including crimes like throwing urine on the media, smearing feces on police cars, rape, assault, and most recently a plot was thwarted to bomb a bridge. Does this sound like a movement that has the best in mind for Americans???

The pure fact that someone is arrested does not make the, wrong, in fact it should highlight the unjust treatment of police towards those trying to protest.
Once you remove arrest simply for protesting, the real crimes are minimal for the sixze of the group, and statistically average within their areas

You have to look at Russian history to understand what is going on. Compare them to the Bolsheviki of the 1917 Russian Revolution. They got their way and assassinated their Czar. They police need to get tough with these people. Also look at Germany in the 30s. You will see the same thing. When I went to school we were taught to look for these things. I can not understand why the public fell in love with these political upstarts. The public in both of those countries welcomed the trash into their government.

Good, maybe their arrests/fines can raise revenue for the police that they are causing to work overtime so the taxpayer doesn't have to foot the bill.
